<p>The expression on my face gives a loud and clear message that I am approachable. I always wear a warm smile, even for strangers. People can see on my face that I have genuine interest in them. That makes them want to be around me.</p>
<p>The look on my face communicates acceptance to others. I accept others and I make them feel comfortable in accepting themselves.</p>
<p>I choose to display a positive outward expression at all times. My positive countenance positions me in the path of great friendships. People love to be around me because of my positive energy.</p>
<p>People trust me. I build strong bonds of reliance with my friends because I keep my emotions under control. Regardless of the type of day I am having, I still keep a positive attitude. People know they can count on me.</p>
<p>I wear a smile and a positive expression because I am grateful. I know that I am blessed regardless of the current circumstance. In the end, I benefit from having a positive outlook, and so does everyone around me.</p>
<p>Today, I choose to wear joy and peace on my face. I reap the benefits of this joy and peace by making new friendships and I enjoy the positive energy regardless of what goes on around me.</p>

Communication is about understanding others as well as being understood. I work hard at communicating with others so I can live in harmony with the world around me.</p>
<p>Regardless of the type of communication: verbal or non-verbal, explicit or implied, I use empathy to be able to understand others. My speech is marked by a polite tone, a warm vibe, and carefully chosen words. I practice a healthy balance of speaking and listening.</p>
<p>My listening skills make me successful at communicating with others. When I listen to others, I give them my full attention without planning the next statement in my head. I pause and truly hear what others have to say before I respond.</p>
<p>I am able to place myself in the shoes of others. I can see the world from others&#8217; points of view free from judgment. Even when I disagree with someone I try to understand his or her point of view.</p>
<p>When faced with a difference of opinion, I maintain my position while still being respectful. I diffuse tension with my joyful personality. My character is an asset to my ability to communicate. People love to be around me because of how I make them feel with my charm and wit.</p>
<p>Today, I am a magnet for constructive conversations. I repel all misunderstandings by being slow to speak and free from judgment. I measure my words with wisdom and listen with empathy. I speak clearly in order to help others understand what I have to say.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am committed to fostering healthy relationships, therefore I speak my thoughts kindly. I value my own thoughts and let go of the idea that anyone else&#8217;s thoughts are more valid than my own.</p>
<p>I abandon the childish notion that people should be able to read my mind, and instead use effective words to communicate with others. I am willing to take the first step toward communication and resolution.</p>
<p>I also let go of the idea that I have to be sure I am right about an issue before I speak up about it. It is enough for me to tell someone with whom I have conflict how their words or actions make me feel.</p>
<p>My goal is to open doors of communication, not to prove myself right. I listen to others because I desire mutual understanding and the long-term health and strength of my relationships.</p>

<p>I set aside the desire to retaliate when I am hurt, knowing that nothing good can come of this and any feelings of vindication are short-lived.</p>
<p>Instead, I keep the big picture in mind and speak kindly, aiming only for clear communication and deeper, stronger relationships.</p>
